The Position:
- Part-time position
- Full-time position
Working within a dynamic and results oriented team, this role reports to the Senior Product Manager and will be responsible for the timely and efficient undertaking of the following activities:
- Providing telephone follow-up with customers that have received sample products through our marketing campaigns
- Entering new contacts into the database and update existing contact information
- Promoting products and special offers to current and potential customers
- Generating sales leads and providing administrative support to field based Account Managers where necessary
The position on offer is a 6 month contract with part-time/full-time working hours. The hours of work are negotiable.

- Telephone marketing and/or sales experience with 1 or more years experience (highly desirable)
- A science degree with 2 or more years in the life science/ research field (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills as well as an excellent telephone manner
- Exceptional administrative ability
- Sound computer skills
- Flexibility, reliability and commitment are essential
